Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager has solid understanding and experience in inbound marketing, demand generation and lead management with the goal to drive new customer acquisition. This role will be responsible for inbound marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing for our entire user base, as well as lead generation, demand generation, and marketing automation for our SMB users.

  • Development and day-to-day execution of the demand generation plan, including webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, website, social and SEM and display advertising, ensuring all marketing investments can be tracked and measured.
  • Manage and execute lead nurturing programs.
  • Develop campaign content that is solution based and focused on customer pain points and/or critical business issues.
  • Develop online SEM and display media plan
  • Manage day-to-day Digital Marketing/SEM/SEO operations including campaigns, content development, link building campaigns, and reporting & analysis.
  • Work with website development team to SEO optimize website
  • Produce campaign recap summaries (e.g., webinar registrants, email campaign metrics, SEM and display media performance metrics, net new leads, conversion rates, etc.). Identify and initiate new campaigns and new opportunities for existing campaigns based on analysis of past performance.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure all leads are correctly routed and followed up on in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications

The candidate will have previously owned inbound marketing and  lead/demand generation campaigns, preferably with both B2C and B2B experience. They will have had significant experience both creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a successful track record of measurable results. They should be high-energy, passionate, and driven. Core background requirements include:

  • 5-7+ years experience in inbound marketing and demand generation (program creation, execution, and measurement)
  • Experience in marketing software to B2C and B2B targets
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including Marketo and Eloqua, and CRM systems, including salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tool
  • Proven track record in a fast paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business or related field.
